Go to the “Script” panel (behind “Layout”), click on “Add Script” go to the “Events/Button/on Press (or on release), then go to “Add Script” again, go to Browser/Network/GetURL(…), then below in the URL box, you type in your link (http://…) or filename and if you want it to open in a new (seperate) window, you choose the “_blank” option in the “Window” box.
