Loading additional email box / cannot remove addition email box thus it gives Delivery Failed message even though the mail box has full permission
Work around for resolving this issue
1. Right click on the office of the EvP mail box
2. Select Data File Properties
3.Select Advanced
4.Again Select the Advanced button and remove the mail boxes ( in out case I have removed two “office of the EVP mail boxes”
Close the outlook and open Registry Editor
Navigate to the
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\ProfileName
and remove all the values .
Now go to control panel select mail and remove the old profile and create a new one.
Open the outlook add the Additional Mail boxes it should work now.
